In pain with abscessed tooth and unable to get even an emergency appointment to sit-and-wait x 2 days. Not a new patient. Simply need a refill for antibiotics. We are unable to travel for oral surgery (which is not done at this location) due to Covid-19. Reasons given 1) Too full today 2) The Dr will not be in. If the Dr will not be in who are all those 'Too-full-today' patients seeing? Seriously, people: My husband is in pain!
RecommendedWent in there for the first time with an emergency, they took me in quick and took very good care of me. They even set up an affordable pay plan for me since i was low income. some of the kindest and very qualified dentist and staff you can encounter. forever grateful to all you. Thank you very much for the service and attention.
They need work on being nice to there Patients and treat people better, one dentists ask me how I got to see him like I wasn’t good enough because I have medical. My kids dentist is very nice.
By not having a dentist that is full of himself the "leader"! I went in with a re-occurring swollen jaw that felt like an infection, he told me I was grinding my teeth and that was that. They did not even clean my teeth because they are so busy there. If you are going to bother seeing a person maybe you should finish the most basic of things that dentists do!!

Absolutely the WORST dental office in the UNIVERSE. EVERY SINGLE F ING TIME you go there it takes HOURS even when you have an appointment. THEN your appointment you've had set for MONTHS "isn't there" then they constantly come up with excuses not to be able to help you and do the work that needs to be done. DESPICABLE OFFICE. (ladies at the front desk and our nurse was super sweet though)
Nobody there cares about you, period. All they care about is creating more appointments to inflate the buget for next year, and do their little job that they get a paycheck for, and they have nothing to do with you all, so the system is built on "WE DON"T CARE FOR YOU AT ALL...!!!" and you are just another number, which has nothing to do with your health at all...!!! I went to them almost a month ago now complaining of pain, and 2 visits later, I still have nothing, no medication has yet to be prescribed, and I am in so much... read more
