A wonderful company to work with, they are very prompt with their responses and the installation was great. They even cleaned our windows once they were done. Highly recommend working with DEL.
This Feb (2025) will be 20 or 21 years since DEL installed 13 motorized blinds and shades for me. Four of them are extremely sharp-angled triangle windows 14 feet up. Most of these blinds are operated daily or nearly so. Other than about two broken strings in the blinds, which would normally happen after 20 years of use, they have all worked flawlessly. The few times I have needed service over the 20 years, they have always been great. I highly recommend DEL Motorized Solutions for their products and support.
Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered custom shades, and not only did they arrive two weeks late, but the measurements were completely off. The shades barely cover the window, and when I contacted customer service, they were rude and unhelpful. They kept insisting it was my fault for not measuring correctly, even though I used their guide. To top it off, the fabric feels cheap and flimsy – definitely not worth the price. I ordered over $25,000 worth of Lutron Sivoia shades from DEL and could not be happier: Devin, Andrew and the team were extremely attentive to details to ensure there were NO ERRORS with the order. Everything arrived by LTL Freight in perfect condition. The cherry on the cake is when 2 years later, one of the blind stopped working: DEL was able to arrange a no-cost warranty replacement with Lutron. Thanks guys! Will definitely be ordering again if we build another house in the future!
