Great place to live, with a great location. Close to all the major grocery stores, and being in a nook means no noise from traffic at all. The CalTrain is also walking distance from this complex which means commuting to SF or anywhere else is pretty easy. The noise from the train does seep into the apartment, but it didn't bother me at all. The building manager Lydia, was honest about the noise when I was touring, and has just been amazing throughout my stay here(~2.5 years).
WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!! THEY DO ILLEGAL THINGS AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT EVEN IF YOU HAVE PROOF. THE MANAGEMENT HAS NO IDEA WHAT THE CITY LAWS AND ORDINANCES ARE EITHER & THEY DON'T CARE & JUST DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. THERE ARE ABUSIVE MEN LIVING THERE ALSO & THEY DO NOTHING, EVEN KNOWING POLICE WERE CALLED! I'D RECOMMEND YOU STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE.

I moved here because it was significantly cheaper (in terms of $ per sqft per mo). We had a spacious 1-bed plan (bigger than regular 1-bed units) and it had a window AC for the bedroom. Pros - 1. Price. However, market might fluctuate so do your own research. 2. 6-mo lease option with no additional charge compared to the regular 12-mo lease. 3. Moving in and moving out had been smooth.
