Great vet Brought two dogs in for a check up and routine preventative and had a nice experience Dr Siri was fantastic and attentive and Reed did a great job explaining all the options I had Everyone in the office was super awesome
My dog pooped during a cytopoint injection. They gave me my dog back covered in its own shit and lectured me about having her put on antianxiety meds. I explained that made her an appointment in the past for that exactly that reason, which resulted in my dog being put on trazodone and had severe diarrhea. During that time the vet wanted to my dog to come in for a full diarrhea panel. I took my dog of trazodone and the diarrhea stoped. The vet never called to check on my dog. I have not had any negative experiences with this vets office until recently. The front office staff is wonderful, and my family pets have received good care and treatment for many (over 15) years. Recently, my cat needed an oral exam and possible extraction of a tooth. I was scheduled for a drop off and exam/procedure. Drop off went as scheduled, until I received a call stating that my cat would not be able to receive any care that day due to there not being time for her. I was prescribed two medications that the next vet was very confused about since they had no indication of being useful. I was told to stop giving them and now have a 40 day prescription and 10 day prescription of pills that dont have a use. They failed to email the bloodwork to the next vet after telling me they would. They pushed to take a xray which I later learned would not provide definitive proof of the issue. If I could, I would put down "10 stars " and above! Dr. Brooks is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE, CARING and VERY PROFESSIONAL ! My son's dog ate something that ended up stuck in her small intestines. Dr. Brooks was available, got her in Monday Morning and home late afternoon after surgery. Mind you my Son's dog is 11 yrs old. Dr. Brooks has cared for many of my animals through out the many years and frankly feel she's part of the family! Reed in the front office was so helpful and took the time with all our questions too.
