My insurance agent Aaron Roberts I thought had my best interest at heart. I was wrong. He gave me $5,000 maximum water damage coverage with a $1,640 deductible and no coverage exists for repairing pipes. Worst of all, he kept disappearing and being unavailable when I needed his help. When he finally did file my claim, he puts the date for when my policy was not active risking my claim being denied when the incident occurred AFTER my policy was active. They have been really great at keeping my home covered even though I run a reschool from it. Communication and timeliness on my part can be frustrating, but Blanca has been very patient with me and I appreciate it. The handling of the mail is a different subject, which is why I gave 4stars. Hopefully that changes with the new address.
