Front desk agents are IGNORANT don’t know the meaning of customer service but work in a customer service based field …would not recommend if you looking for flexible appointments … poor service…, horrible front desk workers…. Whoever own this facility might want to retrain the staff because they are running off the customers the people that keep them employed… thumbs down…
Del Mar Dental is full of friendly people who always remember me when I go I'm, despite it being 6 mos in between each visit. Dr. Li is gentle and thorough. The office is clean. It's as good a dentist experience as I could ask for!
