Reasonable entry fee, and lots of fun things to do. Lots of different water depths, and roped off sections for diving and slides.
Pool open seasonal, playground, lots of parking, portable toilet, covered picnic tables. BBQ grill, close to King Soopers, Family Dollar, Post Office, Subway, etc. Love Del Mar.
My family visited the Del Mar Pool twice this week – first on a Saturday morning and second on a Monday morning. Getting there at opening time was key to getting a table and chairs in a shaded area. It got very busy on Saturday, especially towards the afternoon, so it was super nice whenever they called 10-minute adult-only swim breaks. Our Monday visit was a lot more fun as it was less busy.
