Del Mar Construction built our new home here in Trappe Maryland. Dale was a huge help from the first phone call as we knew nothing about building a home in Talbot County. He walked us through the entire process and answered our phone calls every time we reached out without hesitation. Although permitting took a very long time (not their fault) we finally were able to start and it was a very smooth process.
