I have been going here for years and it’s always the same..PERFECT! The people are knowledgeable, friendly, do excellent work ..especially Ashley the manager who went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend!
I’m going to give a real review customer service was good. Cost wasn’t 10% or 15% card fee no other shop does that. Had 1 coil pack and plug fixed I know the real cost for a coil and plug and they are on the very top of my engine charged me 2hrs of labor total cost wasn’t $390 that’s steep. I waited on a call for repair issue and cost never got one just fixed it with out authorization. Will I take my car here again no. Set of 4 coil packs with plugs for my suv at Napa $154 they should have replaced them all for $390 just did... read more
This is now my go-to shop. I was originally referred to them by another shop in the area. They do excellent work at fair prices. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. 10/10
