Purchased two(2) concrete deco wall planters back in September 2012. They were painted white inside and out. Two(2) years later the planters deco face crumbled. After two visits to the showroom and two(2) broken promises from the sales person, Mirna, I have received only empty words of resolve. The planters cost me $189.00 dollars and they are unusable. Hoping my customer service goes well... purchased an 800. Giannini fountain that has begun to deteriorate after 2 seasons...called the manufacturer who says I have to go through DDCG or pay the retail price for the new basin...??? More to come....
Not Recommended – My experience with Del Dios Country Gardens was extremely poor. Go elsewhere for your Garden needs! The installation and delivery of my order was a disaster. Rude and actually 'scarey' delivery person. Product came broken. Re-delivery took forever and was incomplete. Management staff was not helpful and did not care about customer satisfaction. Very surprising and disappointing for an otherwise beautiful Garden shop!
