The park has some really nice residents. It is also very quiet and well kept. For the most part maintenance is done in a timely fashion and done well. All streets are cleaned twice a week. The landscaping aroundn the pool and office are also well taken care of. There are some areas it is lacking in though. An example is the deterioration of the surface in the driveways under the carports which is a management responsibility. Management is a difficulty.
