Mr.Flores never disappoints with his services. I’ve been waxed a few times but I mostly get micro-needling for the past few weeks and recently tried microderm. As always he was very patient with any questions I had and was able to explain every step of the process and what the results would bring and even proper treatment afterwards. Super simple and easy. After 2 yrs of great treatments and service Johnny Flores dba Del Carmen Skin has fallen apart. He doesn't return texts and is no longer at the address. I have a prepaid series of facials that are not being honored.
Johnny is an amazing Aesthestican and person, unfortunately he cancels A LOT. One cancellation was right before my best friends wedding, and he ignored me when I asked for a refund on a package I bought from him. I would go elsewhere.

I’ve been going to Johnny for approximately 2 years since I’ve been in Dallas. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to each individual client needs. He always makes me feel comfortable during our facials and explains every step he takes and how the process feels on your skin. I am a highly anxious and stubborn person when it comes to my skin care routine but Johnny knows exactly what to do and I trust him completely.
