This Practice is wonderful. The front desk employees were very polite. Chealsa explained the insurance & out of pocket cost clearly. Heather was my Tech and she is absolutley amazing! I felt so comfortable working with her.I have a very complex situation with my foot. She listened to aĺl my concerns and made me feel hopeful that she could make a boot for my foot that will allow me to use my walker again.
Unfortunately, they were unable to render service without paying over $400 out of pocket for orthodics. Told the insurance code only subsidize individuals under 21 for orthodics. I would have like to have known that before taking the time to come for an appointment. Not a professional experience.
I had a wonderful experience at Del Bianco on Forestville Dr. The front staff were welcoming and helped me easily schedule an appointment. Working w Heather was an absolute delight! I cannot say enough good things about her. She was so kind and patient. She adjusted my boot which helped me tremendously. She is a joy to be around and made sure I knew all my options. I look forward to working with her next time I come in.
Tremendous customer support!! I have a really complicated gait pattern and need braces to stabilize my legs from the knee down. Travis worked with me to identify the best features for me and talked me through the material options. We ended up going with the more expensive carbon fiber, and the braces took quite a bit to get used to, but now I use them all day every day. Such a good experience here. The doctor we worked with was incredible and super patient with my 4 year old, all the staff was. Can't recommend them enough.
