Everyone who works at this facility does their best to listen to, understand and offer solutions for all clients. This is my third time in IOP. I can see and feel how far I've progressed since the first and 2nd times. It feels really good. Some people need only once and they're good to go, the rest of us return for a tune-up and we are welcomed back with respect.

There aren’t enough words to express how awful this place is. I was supposed to get and email with contact info for the facility. Never got it. Then, they told my son he was getting out on Monday because they don’t discharge on the weekend. Sounds like a quick way to get 2 more billed days. After that, while he was on the phone with a friend, they just interrupted to tell him he was going home Tuesday with no explanation. It was the scariest place I've ever been. They kept patients comatose with carbohydrates. Counseling was horrible. Close it!!

I'm grateful for Del Amo. The staff has been kind to me they are very genuine and cater to my needs. I appreciate my social worker Mia she's kind patient and caring. The same goes for the rest of the staff including Denise, Robert and Shea. It's a temporary safe haven for me. A life saver. Thank you!! LCV.
