They may not greet you or let you know you they see you. Then Wait a bit but then suddendly, “which one is your car” “what is the problem” then bam! In 5 mins you’re out. Which is all that I care for. Not much comunication but fast service! 👍🏽
Went this morning for an oil change and inspection, drove to the back like the sign says and waited for an attendant. A man with dark curly hair asked me if I needed an inspection, I said yes and he said it will be 15 minutes and starts to walk off. I said I also need an oil change, and he yelled well now that will be 45 minutes! I said I’m not worried about the time. Horrible customer service, guy with black or brown burly hair wears a black hat, rude, attitude problem for no reason wife went there for an oil change and inspection, she was treated rudely, when asked was told she would have to wait no issue with that but when she asked to add an oil change was told exact words like I said it will be a wait, never again would go there and will be letting other know what kind of business they run and treatment!!!!
I always come here for my yearly car inspection. It takes less than 10 minutes. All you need is your proof of insurance. There was a car ahead of me getting their car inspected too, so I had to sit in my car until he was finished, which wasn't long either.
Updated Feb 2026: This DEKRA used to be my go-to place for my annual emission inspections for all my vehicles. But not anymore. I tried twice in the past two weeks to get an inspection --- one time they were too busy (understaffed?) in the middle of the day and I was never even acknowledged after waiting for 5 mins. The second and final chance I gave them was when I showed up at 815 am on a Friday morning (their own website says they open at 800 am) and they were not yet open with doors closed and lights off.
