Spoke to an employee on the phone around 4 PM, and the employee stated that I could bring my car in for an inspection that day as long as I gave them 10-15 mins of buffer time before they closed at 6 PM. Hurried through rush hour and got there at 5:35 PM (well before the stated 10-15 min cutoff). Was not allowed in the customer line and was told they already stopped taking customers for the day. Drove 30 mins through rush hour for nothing.
I’m relieved that it wasn’t just me that thinks that this location has a problem with an unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. Instead of a greeting, I felt like I was being scolded for coming a few minutes early and not acknowledging the tiny sign that says wait until called. I just left and took my business to Grease Monkey across the street
Fast enough, only one worker though
