I can't speak to anyone else's experience but mine was highly favorable. I came in after reading some not so great reviews prepared to possibly have to deal with nonsense but that was not the case at all. Jonah dud ny service and was absolutely amazing. He engaged with me and didn't see bothered by any of my questions whether they were technically or just me being curious about why they use the mirror on the broomstick. The service here was horrible. The service attendant was arrogant, pushy, and rude as heck. I'm not ever going back to this location. I'm thinking about kicking Dekra to the curb all together.
