I went to get my emissions test yesterday around 4:30. The employee was on his phone as I drove up. I stopped where the sign told me to "stop and wait for an attendant". He never came. I blew my horn once after about 5 minutes. He never came. I backed my car up and then pulled forward again to be sure he knew I was there. He never came. I got out of my car and walked over to him and he held up his finger like "one minute". I got back in my car and waited 8 more minutes. He never came. Very surly inspector. Left the wiring connection for test hanging down from my lower dash and gave me a hard time to put it back up unseen where it was prior. Will not come back here.
Easy in and out emission inspection. The technician was very friendly and polite.
An emission inspection station open past 5pm??? Unheard of, but not any more. This station is tucked away behind the Chevron gas station and is open until 7 pm during the week!! This fits perfectly into my schedule and cuts down on me having to search for a station on Saturdays. Gary was super friendly and had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Thanks, Gary, for reducing my stress with this inspection. See ya next year!
