I went to the Dekra Jonesboro Road location on 05/16/22 around 5:30pm to 5:40pm for an emission test. I pulled around the back of the car wash up to the cones in front of the Emission work station. The cones said "do not enter" so I waited for someone to come out and give me instructions. I waited and I waited.....I saw no signs of life. Dekra Emissions on jonesboro road gives the absolute worse service on the planet. They are extremely rude and yell at you if you say anything. I sent a complaint in to their corporate. Do not give them your business unless you wish to be screamed at, yelled at, talked down too, and completely disrespected on your birthday. #Dekra #DekraEmissions
