Friendly and fast
Charles Runser at the Sandy Plains location was friendly, helpful, and made the emissions experience a delight. He was fast, efficient, and offered wiper changes at a price i couldn’t get cheaper myself. He even looked up how to change a difficult back window wiper. I was a very happy customer.
The technician did something wrong during emission testing which caused my Sienna Minivan completely inoperative immediately after the completion of the test. The car gear’s got shifted to reverse gear while car was at Parking! We had to tow away the car to Cobb County Toyota from the place. Will never bring our cars to this place!
