I had read the reviews but I needed somewhere to go that I could get to on my lunch break, and two of the auto places I called didn't offer emissions checks. I pride myself on trying to give very fair reviews. This wasn't the best experience I can imagine having getting emissions done, but it was by far not the worst either. Some people start their reviews at 1 and make places earn them and there's nothing that will make them happy. I try to imagine what it would be like working somewhere in someone else's shoes. Slightly more expensive than other emissions places but at least the techs are friendly and respectful, not weirdly condescending like some other places around.
Very rude, and more expensive than others.
It would be nice if the attendant didn't smoke cigarettes in the testing area. Once you open your car door, the inside of my car now smells like cigarettes!!!!!
The emission test took way too long
