The employee who works here (older man with beard) is one of the most rude, inconsiderate, and stubborn person I have ever met in my entire life. He accidentally locked my keys in my car, proceeded to try to blame me for it happening while I was patiently waiting inside for him to get done with my emissions (absolutely no reason to shut the car door with the keys still inside on any vehicle).
