Dekker’s Jewelry Store began in Goes, Netherlands in 1882. From Cornelius Dekker all the way to Randall Dekker, the store remained a family business. In 1946 Gerrit VanKampen joined Dekker's and worked as a watchmaker for Henry Dekker. From 1950 to 1973, VanKampen operated the business for Dekker. In 1973 Gerrit VanKampen officially purchased the business from Randall Dekker. Dekker's Jewelry Store has been going strong for more than 130 years.
