Have sent through two enquiries for a quote, two months apart. No response, no callback, no emails, nothing.
We engaged Deking Decks to replace the ageing iron roof on our deck with insulated roofing panels. The process, from first contact to job completion, was smooth, stress free and efficient. It's so refreshing to discover that there are still businesses whose primary focus is the customer and this was made evident throughout the entire process. The team are friendly, respectful and highly skilled in their trade and I couldn't be happier with the result.
We wanted to wait a few months before posting a review to see if any problems came up with the new deck. Very pleased to say there have been NO problems at all. DeKing Decks did a great job. Roly was patient and flexible when doing the quote; Antony managed the project very well and was always available by phone; and Andrew did a great job dismantling the old deck and building the new one - keeping the site very clean and everything on schdule and on budget. Would definitely recommend DeKing Decks!
We had a need to refurbish an existing pool deck and fence around our elevated concrete pool. We obtained a number of quotes but Deking were the only company that provided an in depth analysis, combined with insights into local government building code and regulations. We had saved for years to get the money to build a deck . Because i am as tight as a fishes bum with money I needed to make sure we would get value for money. I am so glad we chose Deking to build it. Our deck is simply the most amazing structure I have seen in a long time...and im very old. The cuts and joins are perfect, it is square and structurally very sturdy. Each post is ridged and perfectly straight.
