I had a veranda and patio roof built and installed by this company. Not only were they not installed properly causing me a whole lot of problems when I spoke to them about it they just brushed me off with absolutely no help at all. So all their pretty pictures are basically just to con you into hiring them and then no customer after service at all. DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY TO DO YOUR BUILD. YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT. THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO THE QBCC. Yet another shoddy company on the Gold Coast ripping people off. Shame ... read more

I signed with Deking in November last year and was told it will take until March to get started on my deck. No problems. The deck was a large spotted gum deck over concrete surrounding our pool. The initial experience with the quoting, contracts etc dealing with Shelly a delight. Once construction started a different story, one tradesman who spent more time asleep in his truck out the front than working on the deck. So happy with our DeKing experience. Shelly has been a delight over the phone and email from day one. Brett helped our vision become plans with his initial visit and quote. David was fantastic at supplying our build and very flexible when we needed extra powder coating to get the colours right. Ben has been a pleasure to communicate with while he diligently constructed our deck and pergola and gave great advice on weathering and oiling the deck.
