⭐ 1 Star Very bad experience at this warehouse. The forklift driver showed no respect for drivers’ time. We backed into the dock and waited about 40 minutes before anyone told us that the truck was not positioned correctly. The forklift driver never came to say anything until much later. After we repositioned the truck, he unloaded us. Before unloading we asked him to sign the paperwork, but he told us to get the signature after unloading. I don’t do bad reviews until I have exhausted options with management. This bad review is a long time coming. This past spring, I had my zero turn come in here for a third time without the root cause of a starting issue being fixed. The mechanic came to my house the final time and noticed a problem turning it off after he remote started it and said ‘that is another issue’.
