I switched to this location due to insurance change and it’s been stressful. I was given a genetics cancer screening. I was left multiple messages to come in and discuss results week for the doctor to say I never needed to come in and doesn’t know why they scheduled me. Now I’m left with a bill for the office visit that I took as a loss and have been paying on and now they refuse to see me for my annual until I can pay my balance because my insurance didn’t cover the visit because there was no reason for it. Subpar experience from start to finish. The place was hard to find. The blinds have a wood like color and I passed the facility multiple times thinking it was boarded up and closed. No answer when I called. I finally found the place after receiving instruction from another OBGYN located behind the facility. My annual exam was conducted by Kelly Chapman who is a midwife.
