I brought my car in to be looked at after getting a flat on the highway. They neglected to tell me that my tire had a bent rim on the interior side (which was likely the original cause of the flat tire) and proceeded to put two new tires on my car. I drove the car off and immediately got a low tire pressure light. When I brought my car back to be looked at, they stated they could not help me as they do not fix rims. The customer service on the phone was excellent, when I got here Anthony greeted and helped me. He was very professional and helped me check my tires. He found the issue, communicated the problem and we discussed the solution. I would definitely come back and highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes.
I had a leak in my tire and took it to Mavis pretty late on Thursday. Anthony got me in and got my tire fixed in less than an hour! Excellent service, very reasonable pricing, and quality work!
