It's good to know about a company when things don't go exactly right. My battery I purchased from them went bad on me inside of the warranty period so I stopped by on a Sunday and they looked at it right away and replaced it, all within maybe 20 minutes. Again, thanks to the folks who work there.
Horrible service from the start. The counter girl, who said she was the manager, didn't even acknowledge me when I walked inside. I went in for a leaking tire, they said they could fix that for $15. They talked me into an oil change too. I called a few hours later, after taking an Uber back and forth. They informed me they couldn't touch the tires because they were old, but they changed the oil and that would be $75. I said, "take the oil out of my truck."
