I had to travel from North Carolina to Sycamore, Illinois to get some specialty work done on one of my cars. I had brought a motorcycle with me to drive around while I was staying at Sycamore RV park. The entire time that my vehicle was at Caliber Collision I knew exactly what was being done because I received text message periodically. My Toyota Rav4 had personalized red trim both in and out. Exterior front trim was damaged during the accident. When I picked up my Rav4, I couldn't believe how flawless it looked, as if it wasn't even in an accident. My driver side door was not opening and closing properly. I had an accident two years prior and the repair was done by another shop. Now something was wrong with the door. I stopped in to DeKalb Sycamore Collision Center to get an estimate on repairs. I was met by Rick who instantly saw that the door was not opening and closing right.
