We had been waiting months for a fleet vehicle part from two other body shops. Took it to this collision center and they were able to acquire and install it within 10 days. Great service, easy to work with, good communicators
The entire time that my vehicle was at Caliber Collision I knew exactly what was being done because I received text message periodically. My Toyota Rav4 had personalized red trim both in and out. Exterior front trim was damaged during the accident. When I picked up my Rav4, I couldn't believe how flawless it looked, as if it wasn't even in an accident. My driver side door was not opening and closing properly. I had an accident two years prior and the repair was done by another shop. Now something was wrong with the door. I stopped in to DeKalb Sycamore Collision Center to get an estimate on repairs. I was met by Rick who instantly saw that the door was not opening and closing right.
