The office hours are not 9:00 a.m. Even though you can call the office as many times as you want and it will tell you that the office hours start at 9:00 a.m. you can have an appointment at 8:30. I even thought my appointment was at 8:15 but then I thought that couldn't be possible because their machine said so many times that their office hours start at 9:00. But I guess it is possible. I called yesterday to set an appointment i am 1hr 12 mins away. After trying to get them over a week. The receptionist did not even acknowledge me, she proceeded to ask me what insurance i had i told her she ask if i had it on me. I told her i was referred by my Nuerosurgeon at Emory. Dr. Olson is a great doctor. He took care of my mom, paying attention to her concerns and referring her for more tests to ensure everything was okay.
