I have been so impressed by Tenelle, the Office Manager, at the front desk. She sets the tone for each visit with a contagious smile , greeting of us patients, and most helpful/caring patient service. Moreover, Tenelle displays a winning personality and is a positive impact team leader. She makes my month every time I am blessed to be served by her! Tenelle is gifted and represents among the best of Dekalb Neurology Group. She is simply awesome!!

the revies scared me but my overrall experience was great. i seen one of the main complaints being the staff, but they have a whole new staff who are amazing

I literally hate this place..the staff is trash..now l know why..he is actually a private practice doctor but he rents Emory space. He is always behind..we literally sat waiting to be seen for over an hour which is the case every visit..this is definitely NOT the Emory way..now l know why this place is ran like it is...

The office hours are not 9:00 a.m. Even though you can call the office as many times as you want and it will tell you that the office hours start at 9:00 a.m. you can have an appointment at 8:30. I even thought my appointment was at 8:15 but then I thought that couldn't be possible because their machine said so many times that their office hours start at 9:00. But I guess it is possible. I called yesterday to set an appointment i am 1hr 12 mins away. After trying to get them over a week. The receptionist did not even acknowledge me, she proceeded to ask me what insurance i had i told her she ask if i had it on me. I told her i was referred by my Nuerosurgeon at Emory.
