My 6 month old had an appointment to evaluate and schedule his lip tie surgery with Eleanor Mathews, MD. Her receptionist called me 10 minutes before his appointment to tell me that she no longer does the lip tie procedure! I had to drive an hour with a baby only to turn around and drive an hour back! Very frustrating!!!!!! they could have let me know sooner than 10 MINUTES before seeing how we were already there! If I could give zero stars I would! Very unprofessional
