Dr Murphy has taken care of my family's feet for years. We love her. She listens to me. She takes time to explain xrays, solutions and procedures. Top notch care.
Absolutely ridiculous! After an hour in the waiting room I had them cancel the appointment and left. Why is this okay? I just lost an hour of pay in a waiting room. If you can't get to patients then don't schedule them like this. You wanted to charge me $75 if I don't keep my appointment so, how about you give me $75 an hour for waiting. My time is valuable just like yours.
Dr. Murphy is excellent! She takes her time with each patient and is very thorough. Office staff is caring and office is very nice. I highly recommend DeKalb Foot Clinic.
