They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel glad for calling. I got excellent service. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and got me in quickly every time. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
