When you do get an appointment they give you a lot of time, long appointments. You get a new doctor every three years. Other medical professionals have trouble sending inform to this practice as the doctors are just residents. You get a message as soon as you call that last about a minute.
I have NEVER written a negative review before but this place has been the WORST experience of my life!!! I have seen two different residents for monthly visits since March. Evidently the residents have to review everything they learn from the patient to Dr. Fusco - who makes the decision on what and how the patient is to be treated. WHAT A JOKE!!!! Kudos to Dr Jeffrey Berg. I went there in so much pain after being in the ER. He explained everything in detail about what was happening with my health. I was unable to stand up without excruciating pain. I didn't need pain medication. He steered me in the right direction and told me what I needed to do. This morning, I'm able to stand without a lot of pain. I can't thank him enough for his expertise. I know the rest of this journey will have me walking without the pain.
They have old people hours. It's hard to get an appointment.
I have been bringing my 3 daughters here since they were infants and toddlers. They are now 3-13. I can’t praise enough about this practice. They are receptive to any and all questions/concerns. They do not rush you out the door. They complete documentation as needed. I have no problem getting sick visits, and they send refills in timely manners as requested. The front desk staff is also wonderful as are the nurses and student doctors/doctors. Thank you!!
