The lady at the front desk seems very professional and nice. However, she isn't that knowledgable. Im not sure who I spoke to when I called last week to schedule this appoontment. But I made sure I explained to them that I was calling to schedule my 3 yr old daughter an appt and we just moved to GA from MD. I need to transfer her Immunizations over to GA. 0 stars if possible. Went there with an appointment set at 8:30am. No one was there until 30 minutes after. I had an appointment set for a physical AFTER waiting for so long to get theirseves together I went back to see the doctor Tonita Washington. The service was terrible and slow. I went for a physical which was clearly stated when I made my appointment. The fake doctor Tonita Washington made it her goal for me not to get a physical since it was my frist vist here. Just awful!! I have been with them for a short time. Dr. D. Harper was my physician. However now he has went elsewhere, the nurse staff has changed completely and now they have a NP who knows nothing about nothing. She was asking me questions that I was supposed to ask her. She acted as though she did not read my charts or anything. The no nurse came in to follow up after she left. I soon just walked out. Ugh I'm so disappointed in the service here.
