Far from great! Their billing department is absolutely awful…I got charged for a refraction that should have been included in my insurance plan. Today I received a bill for $200 + instead of the refund! I agree with Dean…you have been warned, stay away from Hauser Ross Eye Consultants!
My annual retinal exam was efficient and thorough. Dr Appel's assistant, Kate, is very professional, skillful, and able. Dr Appel confirmed my confidence in her professional skill with her usual dexterity and knowledge, answering my questions succinctly and comprehensively.
They send brought messages saying you own them money & the costumer service is horrible
nope stay away from them. Getting bills from them a year later..... the bill doesn't even make sense.
