I've been a frequent patient of DeKalb Dental Center since we moved here six years ago, and they are the best! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and competent. Misty, at the front desk, is the epitome of compassion and efficiency. If you're hurting, she'll get you in ASAP! Dr. Tatum has been exceptionally skilled at treating my teeth, which are having more challenging issues as I age. The least painful shots I've ever had by a dentist. Dr tatum and staff are professional and friendly
My husband went to Dr. Hayes for an upper denture. The denture never fit properly. He kept going back to have it corrected but, it never did fit. I asked Dr. Hayes what if the denture never fit. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. We do not recommend this dentist.
Dr. Tatum and staff are fast and efficient. Always have a game plan and very professional. My entire family goes here. I would never let anyone else take care of my family
Wish I could give zero Stars. Definitely a bait and switch. Explained to them 3 months ago when the appointment was set and then again today at the front desk that I have an epinephrine sensitivity and to please note I will never be able to use it. None of that was a problem until the allegedly licensed dentist Mitchell Tatum came in and told me that if I didn't use epinephrine he would have to refer me. He claimed it was because it was a molar, which is odd because I've had two previous molars removed without epinephrine. I... read more
