Two issues I've had was that my appointment wasn't in their system when I arrived after driving 2 hours also the other thing is I've been waiting two weeks for someone to return my call I've left three voicemails Still I have yet to get a response also today when I called the person that was in the office put me on mute never said goodbye or anything as I was trying to ask questions on who I needed to reach out to since I haven't received any return calls
