The lady in basement level 190 desk 3 had extremely negative energy. Was rude and I didn't appreciate that at all especially for a moment that suppose to be happy for me and partner. Made it very uncomfortable and negative and I didn't appreciate that at all
Money hungry. Applied for a FA license and they claim they couldnt find my criminal record. Hmmm thats funny because I went into the system and pulled all the neccessary information. Not only that they require I file an appeal to have it but I have to pay again. Why should I have to pay for your incompetence?
Ms. Franklin was very helpful, pleasant and personable. She.made it easier for me to get the information we needed completed.
