1 star original: I have to be honest, I use to be able to get an older lady on the phone whenever I called. I can't remember her name but she was always nice nasty. Like she would help but still had an attitude. As of recent, I got one younger lady on the phone back in march after calling like 10 times on separate days. If your love one has a criminal case. Make sure to file an Open Records act petition so you can see the corruption in your love ones case. Do not trust your atty. 99 % are prosecution puppets. Now, we have Black folks doing the slavers job.

0 stars*** Literally tried to get in the phone with ANYONE since 12! It is now 4! They can’t get on the phone to assist but they chime in every 10min to say “please hold” IVE BEEN HOLDING! Pick up the phone and do your jobbbbbb. So much for paying taxes. So annoying and inconsiderate.
