Worst scheduling experience of my life. Was looking to continue medication from a previous provider, but ended up with a 3+ week gap in medication thanks to them. I was rescheduled, suddenly and without asking, 3 separate times. For the actual appointment, it was supposed to be telehealth, but no one joined the meeting. I waited an hour past the scheduled time, constantly refreshing, then got fed up and took my phone to the clinic and showed them. This place is ok if you don’t have any real problems. If you need help with real issues then find another facility. When you call, the girls who answer lie about giving the therapist a notice you contacted and needed help. Also the counselors are very useless to really give any real help. They do not provide any care to you if you need financial support to help with cost of treatment and also do not give any resources to help with daily or situation care. I don't like front desk attitude
No emails to contact anyone instead of having to call and leave a message DUM Wait time Early or not is ridiculous I PERSONALLY DON'T like this place .
