Dan Goss and his DeKalb CARE team have been my HVAC providers since 1999. They're always available, respond quickly, and provide service that consistently surprises me. Once they showed me the problem with my unit, then explained how any provider could say it would take replacement of a major component to fix it; then they showed me what they recommend, and they system worked great...at a major cost savings. I highly recommend DeKalb C.A.R.E. for all your HVAC needs. It's very refreshing to deal directly with the owner of the company, and you can tell Dan Goss cares about the service he provides. Last month when my aging AC unit (from 1986) finally bit the dust, I knew just who to call. Dan promptly returned my call, and came out the same day to check it out. There were 2 rooms in our home, which did not heat/cool sufficiently. Dan Goss took the necessary time to evaluate our system and he recommended the installation of additional ductwork. Both rooms are now comfortable. The work was done timely and as promised. Dan Goss is clearly someone who takes great pride in his workmanship. I can recommend him and his company highly.

During the coldest winter we've seen in our 17 years in Atlanta, luck would have it that our furnace quit working. Some colleagues recommended DeKalb CARE. Dan Goss answered the phone, and by our description of the problem, he already had a pretty good idea what was the trouble was. Though it was a weekend, he came out and made the repairs quickly - and at a very reasonable cost. We are a very happy customers and highly recommend DeKalb CARE. ...Thanks Dan!!
