Wow, what a terrible first experience. I had a 940am appointment so came early to fill out all of the necessary forms for new patients. I had to take off work for this appointment. The front desk tells me at 941am that Dr Deka left and my appointment is canceled. I asked if they were transferring me to a different doctor in the clinic so I could have my appointment and they said no, and that I would need to come again. Terrible experience with billing, scheduling, and communication throughout the office.
This is only my second visit to Dr. Deka’s office and the staff was just as friendly and kind as my first visit.
