I have been visiting the Aberdeen location since January 2025. While I am happy with their work I am not happy with the frequency that they do not show up for work. Look things happpen but they never have anyone to fill in for the appointment. What kind of business are you running? Their policy is onesided. You have to pay a fee if the client doesn't show maybe you should offer a rebate for the times you don't show.
