I absolutely LOVE Lena! She is the only reason I’m still a DekaLash client. They are quick to charge you for things but will never refund. They only issue 60-day “credits” if they have to cancel an appointment. Then you can’t reschedule because they have Lena booked all day, every day. Their app and booking system are both terrible and if you have to call them, be prepared for a headache. My lashes looked fantastic but now as they are starting to naturally shed after a couple of weeks I am noticing genuine concerns with the quality. I have had dozens of lashes shed with 2-3 natural lashes glued to one extension. This has caused a lot of tension on my eyelashes and are seeming to fall out significantly more.
