I stopped going here because they keep changing my tech… and every time I have to tell the girls what I like and what I don’t and every time my eyelashes look different…
I have received 4 services here in the last 8 months for a lash lift and tint. The first was okay. The second was good- different tech. The third was okay again. The fourth was terrible. I called- 1 week later and was told a manager would call an schedule a redo - No one ever called. Terrible customer service.
Went to go get a brow lamination. Spent $100 and the eyebrows didn’t stay they were completely back to normal in less than 24 hours. I followed all the rules. I know how brow laminations should look and work since I have laminated my brows before. Would not come again.
