This company is scamming people, they sell you a membership you pay monthly and get 2 refill but when you try to cancel the subscription they take away everything that you already paid for, all the services that are prepaid are no longer valid because you are not a member even tho you had paid for it already, I think this is so wrong you are stealing peoples money and is not fair

The salon is under new management, I cancelled my membership through the call center because there is no way to contact the salon directly. I was advised I was able to use the remaining credits on merchandise as long as it was before the membership renewal date. The owner of the ***** location called me off her personal phone and tried to push me to reschedule, when I advised Id be using my credit it on merchandise in the time frame advised she let me know that was not allowed.
