The salon is under new management, I cancelled my membership through the call center because there is no way to contact the salon directly. I was advised I was able to use the remaining credits on merchandise as long as it was before the membership renewal date. The owner of the ***** location called me off her personal phone and tried to push me to reschedule, when I advised Id be using my credit it on merchandise in the time frame advised she let me know that was not allowed.
