Horrible! I came down with COVID and called to let them know, and see what we should do. They said since I was sick they would refuse to see me but that they would be charging me for missing my appointment. Spoke with customer service several times to try and find a more appropriate resolution. Never heard back. Was charged for the appointment even though I was sick and they refused to see me. Disappointing and despicable way to run a business.
