Never in my life have I ever had an agent be so rude! My wife and I buy and flip properties so this isn't our first run around with purchasing a home. Donna was really quite rude to my wife and I. I'm not sure how she speaks to everyone but she spoke to us as if we were ignorant. As if she needed to give us a lecture about how agents work differently when as far as I know, all agents have to follow the same guidelines and rules according to Michigan laws and safety standards.
