Saw good reviews and thought I'd give it a try but they couldn't even get me scheduled. Instead, they'd say "This month has been busy but we're going to get you on the schedule" every time I followed up via text. Strung me along for 3 or 4 weeks. Here's an idea: get information written down on every lead, be professional, have a scheduling system going rather than have people waiting and wondering before they turn elsewhere.
Would highly recommend. He's fixed a few things out here at The Otis Grill and we will definitely call him to fix any other issues. Thank you, Dejuan!!!
De’juan did a great job and was very quick to provide service when our AC stopped working. He made time the same day on the hottest week of the year and fixed our problem right away and then followed up the next day to make sure our unit was still operating well.
